Auteurs, Metal Gear Solid, and Dumb-Smart Games

So what about that Grand Theft Auto V, huh? With all the cars and the guns and whatnot. Sure looks fun. Probably the last big game of this generation, and from one of the most interesting and story-driven development studios ever.

But who cares about all that noise? I just finished the Metal Gear Solid HD collection on my Xbox so we're going to talk about that instead.
